I read your blog on the Scott proposal and understand completely. I don't think permitting is a solution at all and we need to find a way to work together for a real solution.

We live in such a unique place. You are the first landlady I've met to encourage dialogue between community and residents and to care about the residents so. I often feel like I'm the enemy....no one seems to want to look big macrosphere only their microsphere. I don't even DRIVE but I recognize what's going on--and what really gets me is that all the residents who drive around the block for hours would love to get guaranteed parking and yet they know this isn't the way to go.
